How to Register

To register by phone:

  • Registrations will be accepted by phone when payment is made using a credit card (American Express, Master Card or Visa).
  • To register for courses call (705) 722-1516 or use the toll free Registration Hotline 1-888-812-7511.

To register by fax:

  • Faxed registrations for Port Colborne and Owen Sound will be accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week when payment is made using American Express, Master Card or Visa.
  • Our telephone lines are very busy during our peak registration period. Faxing your registration form may be a helpful option for you.

To register by fax, dial (705) 722-5118


To register by mail

  • Mail-in registrations will be processed as received until courses are full. Payment can be made by credit card, certified cheques only or money orders made out to Georgian College.

Please note: If a personal cheque is used for payment, your training certificate cannot be issued for up to 5 weeks or until the cheque has cleared the bank.


Company billing:

To make it even more convenient, we can invoice your company directly if your employer is sponsoring
you. An authorization letter on company letterhead detailing the company address and contact person,
must accompany your registration form.


PAYMENT TERMS

All taxes are included on most courses.
Full payment of course fees must be made at time of registration, whether by mail, phone or in person.


Confirmation Fee

If you can’t pay the full tuition when registering, a confirmation fee is required for each course to confirm your intention to attend. The confirmation fee is $150.00 for each course costing $500.00 or more.  $100.00 of this confirmation fee is applied towards tuition and $50.00 is an admin fee. The outstanding balance is due on or before the course start date.

 Please note, if you cancel out of the course, only the $50.00 admin fee is non-refundable.


N.S.F. CHEQUES

An administration fee of $20.00 will be charged for processing N.S.F. Cheques.
